In Hollow Knight Silksong, you will encounter various enemies including the bosses who are pretty hard to beat. One of the boss or an enemy shaped as mole will be found in the Wormways, i.e. close to the Mosshome entrance.

The mole will spit acid periodically and follow your movement. The only way to evade his acid spit is find a shelter. The Mole boss or enemy is quite tanky but it can be defeated if you are patience enough and strike it one at a time. It is not a difficult boss fight but it can be pretty time consuming. It is also skippable. So many of us have already skipped this boss and started advancing forward.

The Mole Boss can be defeated by sheer perserverance. It takes upto 30-35 hits of beating with Needle to defeat the Mole. Once the Mole boss is defeated, it will drop a Beast Shards.

Beast Shards can be used to obtain 140 Shell Shards.
