Hollow Knight Silksong – How To Upgrade Needle, Or Weapon

In Hollow Knight Silksong, the main weapon would be the Needle which will be used throughout the map to slay all the enemies and bosses. The needle shares a fair amount of adventure alongside the main character.

How To Upgrade Needle, Or Weapon In Hollow Knight Silksong?

To upgrade the Needle, you must first reach the area known as Bellheart. The next important task would be to break the curse by defeating the Boss in Bellheart, i.e., Widow. Once you defeat the Widow, the residents will be freed from the curse and they can function normally.

Return to the main area of the Bellheart and explore the area. Climb up to enter the tents that are located in the heights. One of the Bellheart resident or NPC named, Pinmaster Plinney can upgrade your Needle for free.

Pinmaster Plinney will sharpen your Needle which will increase your damage. You can experiment on the weak enemies to check your damage output which might not be much but it is something. Enemies that used to die in 4 hits will die in 3 hits. Not a game breaking but a well balanced weapon you can say.
