Simon the Sorcerer Origins – How To Get Past Troll?

On the way to the swamp in Simon the Sorcerer Origins, Simon has to bypass the Troll who is guarding the dungeon. In prior Headmaster has warned us that the Troll will not let anyone pass. So, Simon has to find a new Escape route to get past the Troll.

How To Get Past Troll In Simon the Sorcerer Origins?

To get past the Troll who is on guard, return back to the last area and interact with the drain aka Escape route? Use the Sharp bone to open the Escape route?

If you have not collected the Sharp bone then it would be found in the last area where it was used, i.e. in the classroom where Fire spell was learnt.

Open the drain to enter it and move forward. After exiting the passage, use Fire spell on Packet of bangers which was obtained at the beginning of the game. This will let you collect the Lit banger.

Use the Lit banger on the Guard post to distract him. Return back to the initial room by using the passage again. The banger will distract the Troll guardian, leaving the post unguarded.

Enter the room to collect the Fairy dandruff and Pack lunch. Now, you have all the necessary item to brew a sleeping potion.
