A City Most Fabulous
Complete the game with Tolly in charge of Seattle to unlock this achievement/trophy.
A City of Anarchy
Complete the game with Katsumi in charge of Seattle to unlock this achievement/trophy.
A City of Kinship
Complete the game with an agreeable companion to unlock this achievement/trophy.
A City Restored
Complete the game with Lou in charge of Seattle to unlock this achievement/trophy.

Complete the game with Phyre in charge of Seattle to unlock this achievement/trophy.
A Dire Warning
During the main quest Dish of the Day, you will be tasked with finding a meal for Lou. Go directly to talk to Verona, who will be on the rooftop of The Atrium. Select the dialogue, “If Lou comes near you – run“, to get this achievement unlocked at the end of the quest.
A Diva Defeated
In the main quest, A Work of Holy Innocents, you will have to fight against Ysabella. Before the fight, you will be given an option to choose. Select “Speak or I destroy your art.” Defeat Ysabella when your abilities are locked in this case to get this achievement.
A Fresh Vintage
To get this trophy, unlock the ability from the Clan Contact and use it for the first time.
A Full-blooded Elder
The achievement or trophy will be unlocked if you have completed all the other achievements. Excluding DLC achievements.
A Gauntlet Laid Down
Drink blood directly from the Onda’s veins to unlock this trophy.
A Lesson from the Rabble
Complete the game once as an Elder of the Brujah to unlock this trophy.
A Moment of Patience
Drink blood directly from the Patience’s veins to unlock this trophy.
A Nice Cool Drink
Feed on all the humans that have Phlegmatic Blood Resonance during Fabien’s part of the story. They will be marked on the map, so go on and feed all 6 different types of Phlegmatic Blood Resonance to get this achievement.
A Noble Legacy
Complete the game once as an Elder of the Ventrue to unlock this trophy.
An Elder’s Speed
Use Dash counters and stun the enemy 30 times to get this achievement.
An Elder’s Strength
Use Heavy attacks to break the block or guard of 20 enemies to get this achievement.
An Elder Unchained
Complete the game once to get the achievement unlocked.
An Unseen Judgement
Become Invisible using the Unseen Aura and eliminate 7 enemies during the time duration in a single use to get this achievement.
A Willing Victim
During the main quest Dish of the Day, you will be tasked with finding a meal for Lou. Go directly to talk to Verona, who will be on the rooftop of The Atrium. Select the dialogue, “I can make an introduction for you“, to get this achievement unlocked at the end of the quest.
Angry Mob
To unlock this achievement, you are required to use Mass Manipulation and Taunt to atleast 5 enemies at once. Mass Manipulation allows you to target all the enemies, i.e., at your line of sight and then using Taunt will take aggro from all the taunted enemies.
Artistic Merit
In the main quest, A Work of Holy Innocents, you will have to fight against Ysabella. Before the fight, you will be given an option to choose. Select “I will gladly play my role. Just give me a name.” Defeat Ysabella when your abilities are unlocked in this case to get this achievement.
Blood Bethrotal
To get this achievement, you have to drink the blood from any of the 6 Clan contacts. To drink the blood, you have to Flirt with them and then learn all 4 abilities from the clan contact. After that the Bite option will be available which will allow you to drink the blood from them directly.
Bottle It Up
Use all 4 types of alchemical Elixir once in a single playthrough to get this achievement.
Bowled Over
Use Brujah Charge to knock down 5 enemies by lining them up strategically to unlock this trophy. You cannot move much while in charge, therefore it is recommended to lure them or group the bunch of enemies together.
Breach Contained
To unlock this achievement, perform vampiric abilities in front of citizens, and when the bar reaches Red, a breach will occur. Then hide from the citizens and police officers until the bar goes back to normal. The breach will then be contained.
By Royal Decree
Use Mass Manipulation on the enemies, and while it is in effect, use Terminal Decree to eliminate 6 normal human enemies at once.
Catch!
Throw back the explosives or grenades back at the enemy to get this trophy or achievement unlocked.
Chain Lightning
Use Lightning Strike to eliminate 5 enemies in a single use of it to get this achievement. Weaken the enemies and hit them with Lightning Strike to confirm the kill.
Clean Up the Streets
To get this achievement, play as Phyre and collect all the 30 Anarch tags, i.e., marked all around Seattle.
Crucifixation
Find and collect all the 9 Cross of Saint James in the building when you are playing as Phyre.
Cutting the Feed
Disable all 30 I.A.O. surveillance camera as Phyre to get this achievement.
Elder Bibliomaniac
To complete this achievement, collect 50 Codex entries as Phyre in a single playthrough.
Elder Bookworm
To complete this achievement, collect 25 Codex entries as Phyre in a single playthrough.
Elder Reader
To complete this achievement, collect 5 Codex entries as Phyre in a single playthrough.
Fashionista
Unlock all the 12 unique outfits excluding the default rags outfit in a single playthrough.
Frequent Flyer
Glide for 1000 meters in total distance to get this achievement unlocked in a single playthrough.
From the Shadows
Eliminate 7 enemies in a quick succession, whether in melee or with abilities, without revealing your position or alarming them.
History Buff
During the main quest, As Above, So Below, interact with the button and trigger 4 audio exhibits to listen to about the history till the speaker ends in order to get this achievement.
Hot Lips
Use Cauldron of Blood on an enemy, and on the same enemy, use Entrancing Kiss during its effect to unlock the trophy.
I Curse You All!
Group 4 enemies together to use Blood Curse ability to curse the enemy and then use Blood Salvo to detonate them when they are at close proximity.
I Do Not Drink… Wine
During the playthrough, feed on citizens with each and every type of Blood Resonance to get this achievement.
Keep ‘Em Talking
During the Blood Sister quest, speak to all the guest and exhaust all the dialogue option from them in order to get the achievement. The guests that you need to speak to are:
- Hector
- Fletcher
- Isaac
- Gideon and Safia
Speak to each of them and you will gain a new conversation topic every time. Do not go upstairs to talk to Lou when the quest is updated; instead, keep on talking to them until you get the achievement. Then you can move up and proceed through the storyline.
Keys to the City
During the main quest, In Chains of Lead and Gold, talk to Lou Graham to unlock this achievement.
Kiss and Kill
Use Telekinesis and pull enemies towards you to feed them for 30 times. Stun them and pull them using the Telekinesis during the vulnerable state to feed on them instantly.
Love Me!
Use Entrancing Kiss on 5 Thin-blood vampires in a single playthrough to get this achievement.
Lucid Dreaming
Play as Fabien for the first time to unlock this achievement.
Master of the Bladed Hand
Use Split Second to simultaneously hit 4 or more enemies with Bladed Hands to unlock this achievement.
Now You See Me…
Use Beckon ability and Shadow Step to move behind the compelled enemy to teleport. This action will unlock the achievement.
Return to Sender
Taunt an enemy vampire to pick up his gun and kill him using it to get this achievement.
Run Rabbit, Run Rabbit, Run, Run, RUN!
Use Blink ability on a civilian that has a Melancholic Blood Resonance to kill. This action will unlock the trophy.
Set ‘Em Up, Knock ‘Em Down
Use Arms of Ahriman on two or more enemies and then use Charge immediately to knock them down while they are in ability effect. This will unlock the achievement.
Silent But Violent
Learn Blood Curse and Mute ability to blow up an enemy. To get this achievement, you can use Blood Curse and Mute the enemy. When both the ability is in effect, deal damage from distance to make them explode.
Silent Death
Eliminate 50 enemies without alarming them. They didn’t know what took them out.
Spoiling the Fruit
Complete the main quest, i.e., The Pathways of Hesperides , to unlock the achievement by defeating the Gardener.
Termination Without Notice
Possess an enemy and then eliminate the possessed body to unlock this trophy.
That’s the Spirit
While playing as Fabien, complete all the Spirit’s Touch interactions in a single playthrough to unlock this achievement. There are a total of 18 Spirit’s Touch that should be involved during the storyline; however, some are missable.
The Benefits of Office
To unlock this achievement, have all 6 Clan perks active at once in a single playthrough.
The Blade of Mercy
During the quest The Prince of Seattle, Tolly will ask you to investigate 3 of the Clan contacts in order to use the elevator at Glacier Hotel. Investigate Onda at St. Stephens and interact with the knife in the wall for the quest. However, there is also a hidden note on the right in the same vicinity. This action will unlock the achievement and reveal the whole story.
The Blood is Strong
The achievement will be obtained once you have unlocked all the abilities and perks from your clan’s abilities tree.
The Burning of the Books
Complete To Founder on the Lethe quest to get this achievement unlocked. Story-related content cannot be missed.
The Embrace
During the main quest We Don’t Do Ghost Stories, you will be given a choice to either turn Agent Baker or kill. Choose to bite and transform the candidate into the new childe to get the achievement unlocked.
The Justice of the Mob
During the main quest “A Star Of Cold Aspect“, leave Benny Muldoon with Katsumi and Anarchs by selecting the dialogue, “You may keep Benny” to get this achievement.
The Justice of the Prince
During the main quest “A Star Of Cold Aspect“, instead of leaving Benny Muldoon with Katsumi and Anarchs, take him back to Ryong by selecting the dialogue, “Benny comes with me” to get this achievement.
The Rose Bites Deep
Complete the game once as an Elder of the Toreador to unlock this trophy.
The Serenity of Shadows
Use Enter Oblivion on 5 unarmed enemies at once and pull them into shadow realm. To get this achievement, use Mass Manipulation and Taunt at the same time. Switch the ability and use Enter Oblivion to pull all 5 unarmed enemies into the shadow realm to get the trophy unlocked.
The Silence of the Blood
Complete the game once as an Elder of the Banu Haquim to unlock this trophy.
The Shadows Prevail
Complete the game once as an Elder of the Lasombra to unlock this trophy.
The Warlock Ascendant
Complete the game once as an Elder of the Tremere to unlock this trophy.
To End in Oblivion
Pull 3 enemies into the shadow dimension by using the Enter Oblivion ability and erase them from existence before leaving the dimension.
Total Recall
Use Recall to eliminate an enemy to get this achievement. Mark the ground and lure the enemy to the marked area to kill an enemy successfully.
Unmasking an Anarchist
Complete the main quest, i.e., The Coursing of the Rats to unlock the achievement.
Unoriginal Sin
Equip the Priest outfit and persuade 5 citizens with Sanguine Blood Resonance to drink their blood.
Visionary Detective
Use all the Malkavian abilities to get this achievement.
Welcome to Seattle
It is automatically unlocked at the beginning of the game.
Wings of the Night
Glide in the air and travel 75 meters in a single attempt to unlock this trophy.
What’s in the Box?
Complete the main quest, i.e., Service, Pride and Dedication to get this achievement unlocked.

To get this achievement, feed 30 citizens without getting noticed by any other civilians or enemies.
