The condition to unlock is quite unique. The game is based on how stealthy you can be, and to prove it that the elite, such as “The End” who is an ancient, deadly sniper. Though this time his target is the legendary Snake.
If you manage to sneak and take “The End” by surprise when he would be looking from his scope, then you will have an opportunity to unlock the trophy “You Snooze, You Lose” and get his legendary Moss camouflage.
How To Get You Snooze, You Lose Trophy/Achievement Guide For Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater?
The boss fight with “The End” will begin at the Sokrovenno South. Instead of shooting him with a lethal gun, make sure that you equip the Thermal Goggles and scout his location, as it can be random sometimes. Generally, he will be found lying on the ground as shown in the cutscene initially.
Run all the way to another area, i.e., Sokrovenno North, and keep on hugging the wall to the right, and take the right path uphill to the vantage sniping point. This will lead you back to the Sokrovenno South.
From there, instead of walking carelessly, use your Stealth, i.e., L1 (PS) or LB (Xbox) input to sneak in softly where he will be in stance. Aim at his head multiple times in order to let him drop his infamous Moss Camouflage, which will unlock the achievement/trophy “You Snooze, You Lose“.
Collect it and add it to your personal collection. The Moss Camo is pretty efficient when you are hiding in the mossy ground, as it gives the wearer photosynthesis capabilities. Now, fight against the formidable foe and defeat him non-lethally to get his sniper rifle, Mosin-Nagant, as a drop.
