Clair Obscur Expedition 33 – How To Defeat Mime?
Clair Obscur Expedition 33 is a turn based RPG where players have to defeat the Paintress so that she can never paint death again. Every year the Paintress wakes and paints a cursed number which snaps all the people of that age to death.
To avoid the next calamity, the Expedition 33 departs to the bone chilling adventure into the fantasy world where everyone’s life is at stake. The reactive turn based combat introduces a new way of combat where players can dodge, parry to counter the realtime attacks of the enemy combos by learning their attack pattern.
At the Lumiere, Plaza where people have gathered to celebrate the Gommage, Gustave will find Sophie to accompany her to the harbour. Enjoy the fare and advance to the harbour but do not enter the harbour; where you will meet Henri near the the stage where dance is being performed. On the right side, there will be a mime located with whom Gustave can fight. The fight might be quite a challenge since the tutorial seemed to easy.
How To Defeat The Weird Mime At Clair Obscur Expedition 33
The Mime will react and trigger a fight. The mime might not have huge HP pool but the damage dealt by the mime is no joke. Instead of parrying his combos which need you to be precise and require perfect frame, perform dodges.
Rack up the damage, dodge and parry to fill up the Overcharge meter. Use Overcharge to stun and inflict damage when it’s guard is down. Mime can use Silence to lock down your Skills for 1 turn. During the Silence, it is recommended to use Items to regen if you are low at health or attack normally.
Once the Mime is stunned, the damage dealt by Gustave will lower its HP to 0 in instant. Defeat the Mime to get the “A Peculiar Encounter” Trophy or achievement. Additionally, you will also receive a music record that can be used at the Camp.
