Blue Prince – How To Unlock Or Get Royal Scepter?

In Blue Prince there is a unique item that can be unlocked after multiple trials and error. To get a Royal Scepter, players should unlock the Permanent Additions and lit the blue flames outside to activate the Lift. Furthermore, there are various more steps which we have explained in this guide that need to be completed in order.

How To Unlock Or Get Royal Scepter In Blue Prince?

To get the Royal Scepter, players are required to unlock the lift to go to the Precipice (Underground) from the Grounds. Once you have access to the Precipice, there will be a chess puzzle that involves a board in the form of blueprint and chess pieces.

The chess pieces will be found in the drafted rooms as decorations in the Mount Holly Estate. Draft and explore rooms such as the Nook, Chapel, Observatory, Storeroom, Throne Room, Office and many more to find the chess pieces. The chess pieces need to be noted down or remembered as it is key to solve the puzzle. Once you return to the Precipice; place the chess pieces on the board according to the findings.

Once it is placed in the correct places, the chess statues will be revealed unlocking the Power. Select the Resilience Of The Rook at first run, and Banner Of The King and second run respectively without selecting any power in between them. This will castle the pieces and unlock the hidden passage.

Next, draft the Observatory and look at the telescope to activate the Southern Cross buff. Make sure you have depleted all the resources such as Gems, Coins, and Items. It is recommended to do it at the early stage of the run.

Clock Puzzle

Go to the Hidden passage and wait till 1:30 P.M. in game time with no items. This will reveal the clock puzzle. Interact with the clock and press the button after turning it to 0109. Then 0115, and finally at 1226. Press the button to unlock the Aries Key which will be available for the future run in the hidden passage.

Once you have unlock the Aries Key for the future run, draft a Shrine in an Outer Room. Donate 13 coins to get the Blessing of the Monk. While the Blessing of the Monk is active play normally and draft the Treasure Trove. At the duration of the blessing, make sure you call it a day in the Treasure Trove.

Spawning Royal Scepter

On the new day, grab the Aries Key and draft Treasure Trove in an Outer Room. In the Treasure Trove, you will find a chest that requires Aries Key. Unlock the chest to get the Royal Scepter permanently.
