Blue Prince – How To Solve Dart Board Puzzle In Billiard Room?

Blue PrinceBlue Prince is a puzzle roguelike game where the players have to draft rooms in order to reach Room Number 46. The catch is that every time they interact with the door, the rooms that can be drafted are randomized. This means that there would be different types of rooms available to be drafted every time that might have a dead end or have multiple doors that can lead you to the next rooms.

If you have drafted a puzzle room and specifically a Billiard Room, there will be a dartboard. After interacting with the Dart Board, it would seem like it is the puzzle that will be needed to solve. On both the left and right side where Darts are placed, there will be basic mathematical signs i.e., addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. How does it help or assist in any of the puzzles?

How To Solve Dart Board Puzzle Found At Billiard Room In Blue Prince?

The Dart Board Puzzle is a math based puzzle or riddle that involves Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division. The dartboard has numbers on the outer side that players need to press after solving the mathematical problems.

  1. The Blue color on the dartboard suggests a number needs to be added.
  2. The Yellow color on the dartboard suggests the number needs to be subtracted.
  3. The Pink color on the dartboard suggests the number needs to be multiplied.
  4. The Purple color on the dartboard suggests the number needs to be divided.

The order of the sequence that needs to be followed by solving the number would be from inner to outer. Which means first add then subtract the number. Multiply the number and finally divide the number with it (if it’s given).

We hoped that it would have been great to be just a simple and basic mathematics problem. Well, now the modifiers are added in the form of:

Bullseye
  • The Square shape suggests that all the number need to be squared i.e. ^2.
  • The Diamond shape suggests that all the number need to be reversed for example 50 becomes 05.
  • Curved Lines 2 suggests that all the number need to be rounded and nearest to its 1s place i.e. 5.2 equals 5.
  • Curved Lines 4 suggests that all the number need to be rounded and nearest to its 10s place i.e. 27 equals 30.
  • Curved Lines 6 suggests that all the number need to be rounded and nearest to its 100s place i.e. 30 equals 0.
Outer Ring
  • Red X – All the maths are void in this column or do not perform any maths in this column.
  • Red Diamond – All the numbers need to be reversed in this column.
  • Red Circle – All the numbers in the column need to be multiplied by 2.
  • Red Slash – All the numbers in the column need to be divided by 2.
Colors

The colored parts of the cell are sometime not whole. They are somewhat colored as 1/3rd, 1/2, and 2/3rd. Therefore divide the number of the cell with the amount of color coded in the cell.

This will solve the dartboard puzzle in the Billiard Room and get you the rewards.
