Rune Slayer – How To Get Anchor Greataxe From Free Quest
In Rune Slayer, you will have to explore and defeat the bosses with your own strength and charisma. You cannot defeat the higher level mobs and enemies when your stats are low, under level or even not equipped with best gears you can possibly obtain. As a melee weapon user or a warrior, you can get a Greataxe called Anchor after completing quests from a certain NPC. It is rather free and easy but time consuming to obtain compared to all the resource gathering and crafting we need to do for other gears. If you do not mind that then here’s what you need to do and increase your collection. What if the Greataxe might get buffed in future updates.
How To Get Anchor Greataxe And From Whom In Rune Slayer?
To get an Anchor, i.e. a Greataxe, you are required to visit Lakeshire and go to the Dock. At the Dock, you will find an NPC named “Philip The Angler“. Talk to Philip and accept the quest of catching the fish. Now, we all know how hard it gets sometime to catch certain fish’s due to the games RNG. For that it is recommended to cancel the quest and wait for 20 min cooldown timer and accept another quest.
The type of fish, you need to catch and where to catch will be mentioned in your Quest Tab. Go for the Ocean Fish and avoid the fish such as Piranha, Sunfish, and many other Freshwater fish. Even cancel the Dolphin which are really hard to catch. This will make it much easier compared to grinding a fish that are really hard to catch.
The rewards for completing the quests are:
- Butcher’s Knife – 5 Fish
- Iron Fishing Rod – 10 Fish
- Straw Hat – 15 Fish
- Anchor – 20 Fish
