In Monster Hunter Wilds, Aqua Sac is a resource or a low rank material, i.e. used to forge weapons and armors. Another way to farm or get Aqua Sac would be to defeat Uth Duna. The target reward for Aqua Sac would be 16%, which is relatively lower than that for Balahara. To get Aqua Sac via Uth Duna, complete the Optional Quest, i.e. “Veiled by the Tide“. Similarly, you can also hunt Uth Duna for the Aqua Sac.
