Travel to Sirola’s Secret Shop outpost and interact with the Vending Machine / Vendor to trade Kiiruna Feather for Metal Parts. To get the Kiiruna Feathers, you will need to find the purple chicken/bird and kill them for their meat and feathers.

They will run away when you get near, so either you can shoot them from a distance. Gather the Bird Meat and Kiiruna Feather while repeating the process. The Snow Biome areas are where these Kiiruna’s are spotted. There are low chances of getting Pristine Kiiruna Feather by killing these chickens as well.
