There would be a secret entrance door located in the same room where Indiana obtained the Angel Courtyard Map and the Red Bulls Card.

Investigate the wall or paintings next to the fireplace. Rotate both paintings 180 degrees where the red bull will should be on the top of the picture. This will reveal or unlock the secret entrance door.
