Equipment
The Plan
- Disguise my identity —- need a costume
- Get in and out of the drive-in —- bring enough money
- Get the staff out of the way with a distraction —- pack wire cutters
- They may search people’s bags, so I’ll hide my spoils in plain sight —- bring paint
Names
- Andy Lemmons
- Doug Baxter
- Beck Mason
- Mike Lendl
- Jenny Chen
- Champ Vincent
- Augie Tamine
- Annie Kishimoto
- Laura Parker
- Tom Powers
- Sarah Cunningham
Reasoning:
- The projector room guy is the one who has access to the power box/maintenance as you can see the green wire which he recently fixed. The sign-off sheet hints that he is A. Lemmons. The first name can be obtained from the office clipboard i.e. Andy.
- The lady remarked to the guy for being irresponsible. Why? The costume matches with the robot. Due to the authentic Bertrand costume that he wore (according to the Competition note), the guy’s name should be Doug Baxter.
- The remark “No one listens to old Beck Mason” suggests that her name is Beck Mason.
- The betting note suggests the name should be Mike whereas the lady has a note that says Mr. Lendl.
- The betting note and her dialogue suggest that she is Jenny. The name on the note says, Miss. Chen.
- The owner of the Orange car is Champ Vincent. Champ can be deduced from the dialogue whereas the nameplate has the surname
- Augie Tamine is banned for life which explains why he is in costume hiding his face. Additionally, he is in a hurry to get out without getting noticed by anyone.
- The lady with the Pirate costume is Annie Kishimoto according to the Costume Competition Winner list. The phrase “costume really hooked me!” fits here perfectly.
- The pirate girl calls her first name, Laura. She is the only one wearing the Bertrand costume, additionally, the costume competition winner list also says Definitely better than Parker’s. Therefore, her name can only be Laura Parker.
- The third prize on the Winner Competition list.
- The coffee stain coffee stains on the office and on her dress suggest she was the one sitting on the chair while talking to someone. The telephone receiver calls out her name Sarah. She is the owner of Neptune Cinema, therefore at the Projector Booth Andy Lemmons was stressed saying, Miss. Cunningham‘s gonna fire him due to the distorted image i.e. projected on the screen.
Costume
- Lead hero – Transom
- Lead heroine – Marini
- Green Alien – Porbo
- Robot – Bertrand
Dispute
The bet between Mike and Jenny.
Tonight, we will see Bertrand lose his head
Events 1
Sarah Cunningham, owner of the Neptune cinema, had been using a red crystal to enhance the projector. A weird lady sent Augie Tamine to buy it, but he was banned from the cinema.
Augie Tamine arrived in costume and stole the crystal, disguising it as a tooth.
Events 2
In order to win a bet, Jenny Chen pulled the head off Doug Baxter‘s costume. This started a fire, so patrons tried to escape.
Hearing the commotion, Sarah Cunningham looked out, saw the screen, and realized somebody must have taken the crystal. She then caused a car crash while attempting to block the exit.
