Overview

The events that took place at the Harmony Foundation on August 17 1974 resulted in someone’s death.

Reasoning:

In the Framed article, you can see the name of the Foundation i.e. Harmony Foundation. Even the main entrance gate outside has the initial HF.

Look at the moon as it is transitioning into a new moon. The Date coinciding with Friday and the moon pattern should be 17.

In the garden, you can see the rock has blood stains and it is quite an odd timing to be mend the garden. There’s even a shovel next to the tree which means it has been used recently. So, this might have resulted in someone’s death. Now, the question is whose death?

Events

‘Colleague’ visited ‘Historian’ to exchange an artifact for money.

During the meeting, ‘Colleague’ suddenly tried to rob ‘Historian’.

In response, ‘Historian’ sprayed ‘Colleague’ with hair spray and the pulled a rug.

As a result, ‘Colleague’ fell and hit a rock.

Reasoning:

First, the woman is burning the passport which means that it has no use and needs to be disposed of. Therefore the one who died should be the Trusty Colleague who needed the fake passport.

On the top floor of the house, the rug is displaced and the balcony railing is broken suggesting the person slipped and fallen from the balcony and must have hit the rock. Hence, the blood stains.

The rug has green finger marks, the same as the woman’s left hand suggesting that she pulled the rug.

There is also a spray can on the ground. The spray can can be either hair spray or pepper spray. It must be hair spray because the green-colored hair on the picture and the green mark on the finger suggest it was hair spray.

The safe is opened and there are artifacts which means that the colleague was here for the artifact and to exchange it for money.

This concludes the Chapter 2, Case 1 – Garden Retreat.
