Silent Hill 2 Remake – Hand Puzzle & Safe Code Director’s Office
In Silent Hill 2 Remake, James and Maria followed Laura to the Brookhaven Hospital. After investigating each room and collecting all the Key Items to fix everything, you will reach 2F with the help of the Elevator. The 2F is huge, and so is the hospital but eventually you will come across the Director’s Office.
In the Director’s Office, there would be 3 Patients Evaluation Cards, a Hand that holds the Key, and a Safe. In this guide, we have explained how to get the Key from the hand and Safe’s password to open it.
Hand Puzzle Solution For Director’s Office In Silent Hill 2 Remake
Firstly, you will need to get the 3 Bracelets from these locations:
Marked Bracelet
Found in the Medical Records 1F.
Bloodstained Bracelet
Found hidden in the Swimming Pool 1F. “Dried blood covers most of the numbers.”
Filthy Bracelet
Found in a patient room on the third floor D1 after unlocking the Combination lock from the door. “It is covered in some kind of grease.”
Upon collecting all the Bracelets, go back to the Director’s Office to place the three Bracelets in order:
- Bloodstained Bracelet
- Marked Bracelet
- Filthy Bracelet
Rotate them to align all the clear numbers in line as shown in the image above.
The code will be 92-45-71. Upon placing and rotating them perfectly, the hand will loosen up letting James obtain the Director’s Storage Room Key.
Safe Puzzle Solution
After obtaining the Director’s Storage Room Key, enter the Storage Room where James will find the Safe Button. Additionally, there will be a puzzle to rearrange the books on the bookshelf in the correct sequence as shown in the image above.
Next, go back to the Director’s Office and enter the Safe Button on the Safe. Now, previously the code we obtained from the bracelet was 92-45-71.
So now refer to the map or the image i.e. taken from the bookshelf to solve the puzzle. The code was 92-45-71. Therefore the code entered should be similar to what we have shown in the image.
After successfully entering the code, the safe will open letting James grab the Rooftop Key.
