Silent Hill 2 Remake – Combination Lock Password 3F Hospital

Till so far in Silent Hill 2 Remake, Maria is resting in a room whereas James is searching for Laura who is playfully running around somewhere in the Brookhaven Hospital. Once James reaches 3F of the Brookhaven Hospital and peeps through the main door, Laura is found drawing on the wall.

James startled her and she ran away again leaving him by his own means to find the route ahead. In the 3F, there is a room D1 which is locked by a combination lock. There will be a mark on the wall hinting at the solution for the combination lock. However, what is the exact number that you need to enter to access room D1? Where to find the combination lock code?

Combination Lock Code 3F Brookhaven Hospital, Silent Hill 2 Remake

The password or code of the Combination Lock is written on the Radiographs or on the X-ray photo. On the X-ray memo, it will be written that one of the pictures was missing. Only 1 X-ray picture will be found on the X-ray table.

Where to find the Missing X-ray picture?

The final missing Radiograph or X-ray will be obtained inside the Treatment Room. To access the Treatment Room, you will need to first get access to the Nurses’ Station. Find the password and gather essential Key items from the 1F i.e. Mold Remover from Pantry. Why? You will learn when you get the Moldy Radiograph.

Open the Inventory and Combine Mold Remover and Moldy Radiograph to get a Cleaned Up Radiograph. Go to the X-ray room and insert all the radiographs as shown in the image above to get the password for the Combination Lock.

Rotate the Combination Lock as shown in the image. Enter 4-37-12 to unlock room D1 to access and get the Key item for solving the Hand Puzzle and decode the safe in the Director’s Office.
