On the Ground Floor where the body is found in the hidden room i.e. concealed behind the wall art door. In the same room, there will be an isolated chair placed in front of a portrait. Interact with it to Open and find the Secret Safe.

Lulu Suicide– The Cassette can be found next to the corpse of the lady in a bathtub on the First Floor.
