The achievement is unlocked when you get the Bad Ending.
7. Big Kid
Trip down 5 times to unlock this achievement.
8. Toddler
Trip down 20 times to unlock this achievement.
9. Baby
Trip down 100 times to unlock this achievement.
10. Honk honk!
In the reception counter, interact with Freddy’s cutboard. This will alert the creature and max out your noise meter.
11. Chica's party
Go towards Chica and once she starts alarming your location, the achievement will be unlocked.
12. Social Butterfly
Talk to the NPCs 100 times.
13. Hello? Hello? Hello?
Answer the phone in Jeff’s Pizza store at the past timeline.
14. Impatient
Skip 100 lines of dialogue before it completes.
15. Who You Gonna Call?
Call the emergency line 911.
16. Let there be light!
Turn on the light switch 10 times to unlock this achievement.
17. Pit-y Party
Get the 1-star ending by completing the game without collecting all items of your Dad.
18. Insert Coin to Play
Repair the arcade machine and play it once.
19. Jinx's Favorite
Enter the room 10 times where your pet cat Jinx is present to unlock this achievement.
20. Rock and Roll, Bonnie
In Night 3, lure out Bonnie from the Arcade. Next, you will notice a blue hand sticking out from under the table in the Dining Area. Let him grab your leg to unlock this achievement.
21. Gimmie Five!
Collect all 5 of Dad’s belongings to unlock this achievement.
22. Not A Gamer
Repair all the arcade games and complete it to unlock this achievement.
23. Who are they?
After collecting all of Dad’s belongings, enter the Party Room on Night 5 to rescue the girl. After that collect the Strange Photo to unlock this achievement in Five Nights At Freddy’s: Into The Pit.

Get a 2-star ending to unlock this achievement.
25. Sugar Rush
Interact with the Candy machine 10 times i.e. located next to the Kitchen Door in Dining Area.
26. What Am I
On Night 5, while rescuing the Dad in the Ball Pit; Springbonnie will pounce you and trigger a Quick-Time event. Do not press the button to get this achievement.
27. Arcade Apprentice
Fix all the arcade machines to unlock this achievement.
28. The Light Of '87
Flip the switch On 87 times to unlock this achievement.
29. Family Fun Night
To unlock this achievement, you are required to get the 3-star ending.
30. Night Vision
Without using the flashlight complete the game to get this achievement. The easiest way to obtain this achievement is to increase the Brightness of the game.
31. A Fun Time with Freddy
When Freddy is blocking the door, run into him to unlock this achievement. In the settings and Advanced settings, change his AI to High so that he will spawn more easily.
32. A Master of Stealth
Complete the game without getting caught once.
33. Hide-n-Seek World Champ
