First and foremost, crawling through the pipe, you got into the new zone. Next, move outside the store i.e. Marge’s Chippo, and explore the area. Next to the Price Shagger, there will be an alley.

Enter the alley, and climb the roof to enter the chimney with the help of the ladder shown in the image above.

Next, get stuck in the chimney which the lady will help you fit in through. Finally, you will fall through the fireplace and spread all the dirt inside the poor old man’s room.

Instead of troubling the poor soul, jump out of the window and into the garden. There, another task will be waiting for you i.e. to bring in water through the pipe. Both tasks can be completed in the same area simultaneously.

Therefore, follow the pipe and jump into the well. Next, move your way across the dirt underground. Finally, you will reach the Fishmonger Bish shop where as shown in the image above, you hit the fish to reveal the spanner.

Revealing the spanner will automatically summon Jasper and let him grab his tool back. Then the area will be unlocked to explore and find other tasks to complete.
