From the Soma Tree, if you proceed to the eastern side you will eventually discover the Hidden Village. From the hidden village, maneuver yourself carefully from all the spikes and reach the end of the map as shown in the image above.
After that jump from the cliff from the Lighthouse to drop down into the area Raging Sea where the Ghost Ship is located. Discovering the area will let you obtain or unlock the Spectre Of The Seas Trophy. Make sure you have all the exploration skills unlocked as you will be required to double jump, air dash, grappling hook (Fabric Of Time), and break the walls that emit golden glows. Without these necessary abilities, you can’t get access to the Ghost Ship.
