Prince of Persia The Lost Crown How To Reach Upper City
Prince Of Persia The Lost Crown is a Metroidvania-style game where you need to revisit the same area multiple times after obtaining new abilities. One of the main quests you will come across early in the game is to visit the upper city and to reach the upper city you need to go through Sacred Archives. Explore the sacred archives till you find the Wak Wak tree near the Fast Travel portal. From there follow the map as marked in the image below to reach the upper city.
Prince of Persia The Lost Crown Go Through Sacred Archives To Reach Upper City Walkthrough
On your way to the upper city, you will face various enemies, a mini-boss, and challenges that you need to overcome. The mini-boss of the area will be the jailer who will be constantly chasing Sargon in some of the rooms.
At this point, you won’t be able to do anything to the Jailer apart from hitting it and slowing it down a few seconds. The only option is to avoid being detected and make your way to the upper city. You need to stay out of the hearing radius of the jailer. Upon being detected you can parry some of its attacks or dodge the unblockable ones and make your way toward the exit quickly
While going towards the upper city through sacred archives you will find many transparent purple platforms that can be made solid upon hitting the bells with your weapon or arrows. You need to hit the bells for the platforms to remain solid for a few seconds which will give you enough time to parkour your way out of sacred Archives.
If you get caught by the jailor, you will thrown into a prison cell. To escape from the prison cell, you need to go towards the left side and find a wooden board on the ceiling that can be broken.
