The Moonwood Branch can be obtained from the Moonwood Tree. Now, the Moonwood Tree are young tree that is often used in Na’vi crafting. The Moonwood Tree can be easily found in the Upper Plains inside the Sheltering Bushpods.

Close to the Greatheart Lake in Shattered Bridge, you will find a bunch of Moonwood Trees i.e. of higher quality since you have cleared all the RDA bases in the area. Even close to the Heart Pierce River, you can get or farm a bunch of Moondwood Tree while it’s drizzling or raining.

Make sure that the condition should be satisfied i.e. the Moonwood Tree should be Wet and Pristine. The quality of the Moonwood Branch you will get from the Moonwood Tree will be either Superior or Exquisite always.

These farming locations can be visited again after 24 hours because the spawn timer of these materials reset after 1 in-game day.
