First and foremost, as shown in the image at Area 22: Shipwreck there are anchors situated in the area. At the side of the tunnel, there are two anchors situated on the left and right sides. On the right side, if you swim close to the anchor; you will notice a crack or space where you can fit in. Enter the narrow passage which will teleport you to the Stairway To Heaven.

Another entrance to the Stairway To Heaven is inside the Jungle Obby dungeon in Area 18: Jungle Temple. As you start the game, fall down into the acid. During the small window of drowning i.e. before you are reset back to the starting line; press or click the Home icon at the bottom of the screen. This will teleport you to the Stairway To Heaven instead of the game area.
