To unlock or access the Trading area aka Trading Plaza, you will need to progress and unlock the Area 25. On 25th Area, you will have a choice to perform a Rebirth where all the coins and progression will be reset. However, everything else, such as Upgrades, Pets, Items, Enchants, and Diamonds will still be retained.
If you perform a Rebirth, you will get a Castle Key i.e. used to unlock the Castle Door at Area 3. Enter the Castle and there will be a portal that will lead you to the Trading Plaza. Inside the Trading Plaza, there are traders who are trading items and pets from all types of rarity in exchange for Diamonds.
