The Offering Stone is the new ring added to the game in the latest DLC. This is one of the best rings you can obtain in the game to increase your damage. The Offering Ring increases all damage by 1% for 1sec if you are dealing range damage.
Killing an enemy increases the duration by 10 seconds. You can stack the bonus damage % stats to 15x. This means you can increase all damage output by 15%. You can combine this item with other rings that boost your damage stats to increase your overall damage to enemies.
You can find the offering stone in the Losomn world. You need a bit of luck as this is a random item that drops after killing the enemies located in Losomn world. This item is added to the DLC, you need to have the DLC installed to get this item as drop.
