Genshin Impact- Wilting Weeping Willow, Search For Key Guide

The World Quest “The Wild Fairy of Erinnyes” in Genshin Impact has various questlines. One of the questlines requires you to discover a great tree that resembles a wilting waterfall. What secrets lie here while you search for the “key” near the “Weeping Willow“?

One thing we have learned so far is no secret comes for free. You will have to solve a tedious puzzle all alone in order to progress the quest. However, you are not alone as we have posted this guide in the hope of anyone who is seeking mere assistance for this quest. Here’s what you need to do!

Wilting Weeping Willow, Search For The Key Guide For Genshin Impact

Teleport to the closest waypoint i.e. Weeping Willow of the Lake, Fontaine. Once you approach the great tree of Weeping Willow, the search will begin. All you need is to dive into the water i.e. beneath the great tree there will be a Mysterious Altar similar to what we just solved previously. Though the puzzle might be a little too complex.

Step 1

First, you will need to collect the power-up from the fish as shown in the image. This will allow you to cut the vines and release the octopus for the next step.

Step 2

As shown in the image, cut the vines when all the orbs align at straight line. The middle orb will move up and down, so time it correctly and release the wave. Cut the weak points as shown to collect the energy.

Step 3

Next, as done previously; while possessing the energy orb, eliminate the enemies that are polluting underwater. The process of cleansing will reveal a Dew Bubbles.

Sequence Required To Activate:1-1, 2

Simply place the Dew Bubble in such a way that the corner of the explosion range will touch the rod that needs to be activated second. Make sure that the rod that needs to be activated first is inside the explosion range of the dew bubble.
