This way, no one stays under-leveled, even if you are not using that particular character. There are various tricks to farm and gain EXP quickly in this game. To AFK farm, you will need to max out two IC/Specialty. These special skills are Scouting and Bodyguard which you need to improve till level 10. Scouting allows you to find more or less enemies depending on how you set it. Bodyguard allows your party members to stay in alert mode and defeat them before reaching your main character for the battle.
Apart from these two skills, you will also need some equipment which is the “Ring Of Avoidance”. This equipment increases the Bodyguard trigger rate by +30% and you can equip two of them for each character.
Once you are all set up, you need to set looking for enemies in scouting skills and just stand near the enemies. Your party member will automatically defeat the enemies coming towards you granting quick EXP and FOL.
Sometimes, the enemies get past your party members to reach near you and start the battle. At the end of the battle, you need to press the A button to return back to the main world and continue farming. For this trick to work, you need to stay near your console, so that if a battle starts, you can go back to the main world.
