As you have a limited number of days before the mayoral election, you need to spend each day effectively. If you have found some better things to do and missed them completing that day, you can always use the “Memory Recall” feature by pressing the Esc key.
A key part of surviving in prison is to keep your mental health in check. To increase your mental health you can eat gum, and chocolate, go to church for a prayer, and take a bath. You will have four abilities which are strength, agility, intelligence, and charisma.
To increase your strength, you can eat mushrooms, use stimulants, or go to the gym. You can increase agility by drinking soda, smoking cigarettes, and using the toilet. To increase intelligence, you need to use sedatives and learn “Geek” ability. To increase charisma you can brush your teeth, chew gum, and take a shower.
You can always befriend other inmates in the prison and occasionally give them gifts. You need to complete the gang quests on time or else your reputation will drop. Rather than moving your character by clicking the mouse button, you can also use keyboard shortcut keybinds. These keybindings are:
- W: Move Up
- A: Move Left
- S: Move Down
- D: Move Right
- Left Shift: Run
- Left Mouse Button: Interact
- Right Mouse Button: Interact
- I: Inventory
- K: Ability Page
- L: Quest Page
- Y: Gang Page
- N: Relation Page
- M: Map
- Esc: Pause Menu
Some of the tasks require rolling of the dice and these outcomes are random. Before rolling the dice you can also see the % of success. To increase your success %, you need to upgrade your skills. If you have chosen the “War Correspondent” as your past, you won’t have a problem dealing with the crocodile, else you need to pay him up at the beginning until you have enough strength to defeat him in a fight.
