To get the Sprite Bracelet you need to visit Kurik Town located north of Krosse City. You can check out the image above for the exact location. Once you reach the village save the game and switch to the Private Action (PA) mode. Then visit the Town Square which has a fountain with an angel statue.
Once you reach the town square there will be a short cutscene where Philia is warning the townspeople to evacuate as a great storm approaches. After the cutscene, you need to use the Pickpocketing skill on “Philia” to find the Sprite Bracelet. She will be the NPC with the pink robe and standing near the fountain.

The success rate of pickpocketing the Sprite Bracelet will be low at the early stage of the game, as you won’t have enough levels of courage and a poker face.
