Lords Of The Fallen is a souls-like game that requires you to master the combat and movement maneuvers in order to survive against the monster that lurks in both the living and the realm of the dead. Once you start the game, you will be given multiple choices as there are a number of classes from which you can choose. The starting class will dictate the flow of the game as per your play style. Best Starting Class For The Game In Lords Of The Fallen

The game offers you 9 starting classes if you exclude the Dark Crusader class which you might have obtained from the Deluxe Edition. Dark Crusader is a secret class that can be unlocked later in the game if you have not purchased the Deluxe Edition. However, for a few of those who have purchased the Deluxe Edition, we have included Dark Crusader in the list of all the starting classes that we have explained.

Hallowed Knight

• The standard knight class has a Short Sword in the main hand and a Medium Shield in the off-hand equipped for balanced gameplay.
• The stats are more focused on Strength, Endurance, and Vitality which makes him an excellent melee combatant who has higher stamina and health pool.
• The class has a Grenade i.e. a type of Ammunition which inflicts fire damage.
• The class has a Briostone Pair as a Quick Access Item from the beginning that heals over time for a small amount.

Udirangr Warwolf

• The standard barbarian class has a Long Sword as its main weapon.
• The stats are more focused on Strength, Agility, Endurance, and Vitality which makes him a hard hitter who excels in melee combat.
• The class has a Bloody Hatchet i.e. a type of Ammunition which inflicts physical damage and can cause an enemy to bleed.
• The class has a Minor Fire Salts in Quick Access Item from the beginning that coats your weapon with fire damage.

Partisan

• The all-rounder class has a Flail, a Medium Shield, and a Crossbow for weapons.
  
• The stats are more focused on Strength, Agility, Endurance, and Vitality which makes him a hard hitter who excels in melee as well as ranged combat.

Mournstead Infantry

• One of the ranged melee classes that has a Spear equipped as a main weapon for a longer reach and a Light Shield for protection.
• The stats are more focused on Strength, Agility, Endurance, and Vitality which makes him a hard hitter who excels in melee combat with extended reach and pokes.
• The class starts with Javelin i.e. a type of Ammunition which inflicts physical damage and pierces enemies.
• The class has a Briostone Trio as a Quick Access Item from the beginning that heals over time for a small amount.

Blackfeather Ranger

• One of the agility-based classes that has Axes as a main weapon which can be wielded in both hands or single-hand. It also comes with Light Shields and a Bow.
• The stats are more focused on Strength, Agility, Endurance, and Vitality which makes him nimble accompanied by his axes and light armor. The more responsive class that has a quick reflex which comes with the expense of defense.
• The class starts with Oak Arrow i.e. a type of Ammunition which inflicts physical damage.
• The class starts with Ammunition Pouch as a Consumable item.

Exiled Stalker

• One of the agility classes that has Daggers as a main weapon only.
• The stats are more focused on Agility, Endurance, and Vitality which makes him nimble and hard to hit. Low defense class who excels in hit-and-dodge style.

• The class starts with Throwing Rock i.e. a type of Ammunition that inflicts minor physical damage or gain the attention of enemies.

Deluxe Edition Starter Class

Dark Crusader

• The strength-based class has a Long Sword as a main weapon only.
• The stats are more focused on Strength, Endurance, Vitality, and Radiance which makes it one of the durable hard hitters.
• The class starts with Radiantburst Parchment i.e. a type of Ammunition that inflicts holy damage and heal allies.
• No additional consumables.

The starter classes in the Lords Of The Fallen simply provide a unique advantage in stats and weapons in the beginning. It gives general direction and bonus stats on which route you want to take your character. Mostly players opt to increase their main stats all along but they can redistribute it and change their type of combat at any stage of time.
