Assassin Creed MirageAssassin’s Creed Mirage is an action-adventure game where as you progress through the main quests, you will gradually unlock more new tools as you go on. The tools will assist you in making plays that are unique to each player and you can create a combat strategy based on your gameplay.

After upgrading the tools, Basim is extremely dangerous and a threat to anyone who might cross his path. So, let this assassin get all the arsenal in his secret pocket. Therefore, we have explained everything you need to know about unlocking the tools and how to upgrade them to the limit.

How To Unlock All Tools In Assassin’s Creed Mirage

Once you have joined the faction of Hidden Ones, the tools will be delivered to you. The tools that you would unlock at the very beginning would be Torch and Throwing Knives. In total, there are 6 tools you can unlock and possess i.e. mentioned below.

  • Torch (Unlocked from the beginning)
  • Throwing Knives (Unlocked from the beginning)
  • Noisemaker (Unlocked after completing the First Order i.e. assassinate Al-Ghul)
  • Trap (Unlocked after completing the First Order i.e. assassinate Al-Ghul)
  • Smoke Bomb (Unlocked after completing the First Order i.e. assassinate Al-Ghul)
  • Blow Dart (Unlocked after completing the First Order i.e. assassinate Al-Ghul)

Unlocking the Tools is not so difficult because all you need to do is play through the main quest. However, to upgrade the tools, you will need to look out for a specific vendor who deals with weapons i.e. specialized for assassination.

How To Upgrade All Tools In Assassin’s Creed Mirage

To upgrade the tools, you will need to invest 2 points on “Extra Tool Capacity” i.e. present in the Trickster Skill Tree. Next time visit the Assassin Bureau and you will be able to unlock new tools from Ibn Musa. Even Ibn Musa will upgrade the tools if you have sufficient resources for it i.e. components, steel, and leather.

Each tool has 3 Tiers and each Tier has 3 options which makes your playstyle quite versatile. You can select an option from each Tier once it’s unlocked. All the Tools and the upgrades are mentioned below:

Torch: It can’t be upgraded.


Throwing Knives

Tier 1:

  • Extra Capacity- Increases the ammunition capacity by 2.
  • Extended Range- Increases the distance you can throw by 7 meters.
  • Sharp Blade- Increases how much damage the Throwing Knife causes by 50%.

Tier 2:

  • Poison Tip- Applies poison to targets.
  • Heavy Blade- Staggers enemies when hit.
  • Light Blade- Allows for a charged throw that increases range and damage.

Tier 3:

  • Corrode Body- Dissolves the corpses of those killed with the knife, leaving no traces behind.
  • Armor Piercing- Penetrates armor to deal standard damage.

Noisemaker

Tier 1:

  • Extra Capacity- Increase the ammunition capacity by 3.
  • Loud Fuse- Increases the distance from which enemies are drawn to the explosion by 5 meters.
  • Extended Range- Increases throw range by 7 meters.

Tier 2:

  • Fireworks- Continuous explosion that draws and holds enemies’ attention for a long time.
  • Weakness- Lowers the defense of enemies caught in the explosion.
  • Sparks- Noisemaker becomes an Incendiary device.

Tier 3:

  • Terror- Targets caught in the explosion panic and run away.
  • Shockwave- Dazes all targets inside the explosion area and breaks cages, vases, and fragile walls.

Trap


Tier 1:

  • Extra Capacity- Increase the ammunition capacity for this tool by 2.
  • Increased Duration- Increases how long the effect of this tool lasts.
  • Extended Range- Increases throw range by 7 meters.

Tier 2:

  • Fracture- Targets caught in the explosion lose defense.
  • Wide Burst- Increases the explosion’s area of effect by 7 meters.
  • Whistle Trigger- Replaces proximity detonation with remote detonation by whistling.

Tier 3:

  • Deadly Blast- Replaces the non-lethal component for a fiery explosion.
  • Lingering Knockdown- Greatly increases the duration of the knockdown effect.

Smoke Bomb


Tier 1:

  • Extra Capacity- Increase the ammunition capacity for this tool by 2.
  • Durable Smoke- Increases the duration by 4 seconds.
  • Extended Range- Increases throw range by 7 meters.

Tier 2:

  • Silent Blast- Enemies can no longer hear smoke bombs detonate.
  • Healing Vapor- Recovers some of Basim’s health if he is inside the smoke.
  • Choking Fumes- Damages enemies caught in the smoke.

Tier 3:

  • Mindwipe- Causes guards caught in the smoke to forget they saw Basim.
  • Flammable Smoke- Smoke ignites if in contact with flames, setting everything within it on fire.

Blow Dart


Tier 1:

  • Extra Capacity- Increase the ammunition capacity for this tool by 2.
  • Increase Duration- Increases the duration by 4 seconds.
  • Extended Range- Increases range by 7 meters.

Tier 2:

  • Cloud Impact- Applies the Blowdart’s current effect as an area of effect.
  • Lethal Dose- Targets are poisoned instead of put to sleep.
  • Potency- Target can no longer be awakened by other guards. Enraged targets die after the effect ends.

Tier 3:

  • Berserker Dart- Causes the target to go into a fit of rage, attacking anyone nearby. Replaces the sleep effect.
  • Deep Slumber- Damage does not wake the target. Sleep effect lasts indefinitely.
