In Assassin Creed Mirage, at the beginning of the game, you will meet a friend called Nehal, who will guide you through the streets of Baghdad making you familiar with the game controls. During this time, you will meet another NPC called Dervis who will give you a quest to steal a ledger. After that, a cutscene will be played and after that, the quest to steal the ledger will start. The ledger will be located in a restricted area that you need to infiltrate in order to obtain it.
You need to hide from the guards in the bush and wait for their suspicion to end. After use your eagle vision to find the quest marker on a room with a locked door. Take out the guard from behind and reach the marked room. To open the room you will have to find the key that will be with one of the guards.
Use the eagle vision again to spot a guard with a key icon. The guard will go inside another building that you need to infiltrate. Keep knocking out enemies from behind, so you won’t get detected. You can get inside the other building from the main door itself which will be guarded by one enemy. Stand on the roof just above that enemy and you will get an option to take him down quietly.
Once the enemy at the entrance is knocked out, on the left side you will find a ladder to go up. There you will find the guard that you need to knock down and obtain the locked door key from him. Then open the locked door to find the ledger and complete the quest.
