To complete the riddle, you will need to select Rain as a fighter and defeat the West Commissioner Li Mei. Perform Fatality with Rain i.e. “Red Sea” which is a default Fatality that will be listed under Finishers. From a close distance press the input that goes like this in a quick sequence:
- Down, Down, Left, Circle
Once you have successfully performed the Fatality, the route that was blocked earlier will be cleared and accessible.
