As indicated in the game, it unfolds in an alien world inhabited by species in Kilima village that aren’t human. According to hints, humans were ancient residents who once made macarons, though the recipe hasn’t gained much attention. This quest revolves around embarking on a straightforward journey to recreate macarons.
Palia The Great Human Bake Off
To commence, you must locate a weathered, crumpled paper, possibly a very old grocery list. The paper can be found south of the flooded steps in Bahari Bay as shown in the image above. Mark its location on the map and proceed. Retrieve the old grocery list and open it to reveal a list of four items:
- Milk
- Flour
- Egg
- Sweet leaf
Once you have the list, visit Helka, situated to the south of the Mirror Pond Ruins. Interact with this NPC to receive a brief explanation of the macarons’ connection with the Majri people. Helka will then provide you with the macaron recipe.
How To Make Macaron
The first prerequisite for making macarons is to have two mixing stations. Upon reaching the crafting station, a dialogue box will appear, containing all the necessary information about the recipe ingredients. On one mixing station, you have to add milk, flour, and egg. On the other mixing station, you need to ground the sweet leaf. After preparing the sweet leaf add it to the first mixing station with flour, milk, and egg to craft macarons. Then revisit Helka to complete the quest.
