It is crucial to follow a strategic approach when it comes to obtaining and optimizing your card collection. The first step is to immerse yourself in the captivating main campaign, diligently completing the indicated missions. As your adventure unfolds, you will eventually reach a pivotal quest where the iconic battle between Dumbledore and Voldemort takes place.

Upon the conclusion of this momentous encounter, you can navigate to the shop menu located at the top right corner of the in-game screen. Here, you will find the opportunity to utilize the Golden Key you have received. By employing the Golden Key on the premium banner known as “Advanced Study,” you are guaranteed to obtain your first legendary card in Harry Potter: Magic Awakened.

Upon activating the premium banner, you will receive a selection of five cards. At this point, you have the option to pursue a reroll. By selecting the “Redraw” option, the cards you have just acquired will be replaced, allowing for a fresh draw to occur. This reroll process grants you the chance to repeat this step until you secure the desired card of your preference. However, it is advisable to maintain a balanced deck composition, ensuring that the selected card aligns with your strategic goals rather than solely following the popular choices dictated by the game’s meta.

• Piertotum Locomotor: Piertotum Locomotor is an exceptional card in the S-tier category. When activated, it summons two soldiers with the ability to taunt. Taunting is a powerful mechanic in Harry Potter: Magic Awakened as it not only draws the attention of enemy units but also significantly reduces the damage inflicted upon the taunting cards. This makes Piertotum Locomotor a formidable defensive option.

• Thunderstorm: Thunderstorm holds a position in the A-tier due to its potential to punish opponents who heavily rely on summoning cards. This spell can attack every target on the board, making it particularly effective against summon-heavy strategies. While the Heal Reduction ability may not be immediately relevant in the early game, it becomes increasingly impactful as Thunderstorm gains power from having more targets. It is an excellent choice for swiftly dealing with enemy creatures and clearing the board.

• Orb of Water: The Orb of Water is an impressive card for crowd control, offering versatility in its usage. It synergizes effectively with your wizard, allowing you to manipulate the orb and gather multiple targets for its high-damage attack. Although it requires you to divert your attention and control your wizard, the significant damage it inflicts makes it worthwhile, especially when facing swarms of enemy units.

• Malfoy Gang: Draco Malfoy, accompanied by Crab and Goyle, is a B-tier card that primarily focuses on targeting the opponent’s front row. This summoning card brings forth multiple characters, with Crab and Goyle serving as supporting units. It’s important to note that, in terms of their health pool, the trio is considered as a single character. Therefore, if one of them falls, the others will retreat. Despite this limitation, Draco Malfoy can still provide valuable offensive options against specific enemy formations. Countering Malfoy gang will be quite easy when you have an AOE damage spell Incendio

• Baby Antipodean Opaleye: Summons a baby dragon, that deals massive AOE damage. As the dragon is flying most of the ground units won’t be able to target it. But enemies can use AOE damage spells to destroy the dragon. This card can be used when enemies have used a lot of ground summons. You can wipe them out with a single Baby Antipodean Opaleye.

Note: If you are going to play the summoning deck, I would suggest you pick Piertotum Locomotor which can be heavily buffed with Hagrid echo. If you are going to play spell damage then go for the Thunderstorm or Orb of Water.
