To start the Bibbidi Bobbidi Oops quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need to have a level seven friendship with the Fairy Godmother. To increase your friendship level with the Fairy Godmother, you need to complete tasks, gift her flowers and other items, and speak to her regularly. Once you reach level two of your friendship, you can assign the Fairy Godmother as your companion and regularly hang out with her to further increase your friendship.
Once you achieve level seven friendship with the Fairy Godmother, you will be able to access the Bibbidi Bobbidi Oops quest.
Completing The Quest

Step 1: Making The Peppermint Tea
The first step to making peppermint tea is speaking with the Fairy Godmother. Once you accept the Bibbidi Bobbidi Oops quest, she will provide you with the recipe for peppermint tea. You’ll need to collect a Lemon and Mint to complete the quest. A lemon can be found in either the Forest of Valor or the Glade of Trust, whereas a mint can be found in Frosted Heights.
Step 2: Speak With Minnie
Find Minnie and bring her some Peppermint Tea. She’ll be really grateful for the tea, but she’ll also ask you to talk to the Fairy Godmother. Minnie’s been having some trouble with a weirdly behaving arcade machine in her house at night, and she wants you to let the Fairy Godmother know about it. Go inside Minnie’s house and take a picture of the arcade machine that looks very different from the rest of the decorations.
After that, go back to the Fairy Godmother and show her the picture. For the next part of the quest, you’ll need to gather two Diamonds, three pieces of Glass, five Dream Shards, and five Crystals. You should also talk to WALL-E to get a Lens. Once you have all the materials, go back to the Fairy Godmother. She’ll use the materials to enchant the lens.
