To gain access to the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower, we would require to solve a puzzle. The guy who is supposed to repair the Skyview Tower is stuck down at the bottom of the cliff. Walk at the edge of the wood platform and you can spot the fellow. To pull the elevator up, you will need some weights attached to the other side i.e. the magnet part.
Beside the Skyview Tower, you will notice that there are crates. Use “Ultrahand” and stack the metal crates on top of each other. Once you have 3 crates stacked, lift up and move them closer to the magnetic hook to attach them. Have a conversation with the guy who was pulled up via the elevator, later the tower will be repaired which will allow you to examine and unlock fast-travel as well as the map.
