To find the LE 5 Submachine gun, you need to reach chapter 13. There inside the manor, you will find a freezer room while searching for the level 3 keycard. Inside the freezer room, you need to solve a puzzle in the electronic lock terminal to open the door. Inside the room, you will find the submachine gun on top of the table.
The electronic lock puzzle can take some time to solve and this puzzle is different for all players. To solve this puzzle you need to power up all 5 nodes and the locked door with the gun will open. On the map, you can find the location by checking the diamond treasure icon inside the freezer room.
