Hogwarts Legacy Open Main Gate Climb The Wall Of Battlements

In Hogwarts Legacy, there are two ways to fly and explore the huge map. The first one is by acquiring a broom and the second way is to obtain a mount. To learn new spells or unlock some features you need to complete a variety of quests. One of the quests you will get from Natty is to investigate Rookwood and Harlow. After completing the quest you will unlock the mount feature and can explore the map using it. Below you will find how to complete this quest.

After meeting with Natty near Falbarton castle, you need to climb the wall of battlements by following the marker. On the top, you will find a switch that can only be rotated using “Depulso”. If you use Accio, your character will tell you to use a spell with more force.

Rotating the switch will open the door where you will find a big box that can be lifted using “Wingardium Leviosa”. Bring the box outside and place it right side to climb on it and reach the higher platform. You need to use Levioso on the big box to make float in the air and then climb on it to reach the upper area.

There you need to break a plank to find your way inside the gatehouse, but before that, you need to go all the way toward the back and use Accio from the window on the box. Then enter from the hole where you broke the plank and you need to open the main gate using the switch.

To open the main, you need to use Depulso on the switch twice and then quickly use Accio on the door knocker to block the gate from closing again. Apart from this, you need to use Wingardium Leviosa in a few places to use the big box as a platform to reach the roof.
