In Hogwarts Legacy, there are a lot of side quests that you will obtain as you keep progressing through the game. One such quest you will obtain from Garreth Weasley, where you need to find Billywig Stings for him in Honeydukes Basement. To complete this quest you will need to use various different types of spells to solve the puzzle and reach the basement. Below you will find a brief guide on how to complete it.

After getting the quest, you need to find the area shown by the marker and find the one-eyed statue. Take the door on the right side of Garreth, then climb up the stairs on your right side. There you will find an animal symbol door puzzle, take a right from there to find the vanishing staircase. You don’t need to use the stairs, go near the pillar and on the left side you can find the one-eyed statue.

Interact with the statue to find the secret room. Then keep going forward till you find a broken elevator. You need to use “Reparo” to fix it and ride it all the way down. Keep exploring the secret passage till you find a spider web that you need to burn down using the flame spell.

Then you will find a platform by casting Revelio and you need to use Levioso on it to raise them. After that, you will find a lot of platforms that you need to raise it using Levioso or repair the broken ones using Reparo. In the end, you will find a platform that couldn’t be raised. You need to hit the mechanism with Accio to fix it and then raise the platform the cross the gap.

After that cast, a flame spell to light up both the braziers, and then the door will be opened. You need to find the Billywig stings that can be found using Revelio and finally return to Garreth to complete this side quest.
