Jellystone can be found on Rainbow Island in the wilderness. Look out for the stones where an extension of purple colored glob is grown. Use your upgraded Resource Harvester in order to collect the resources and in this case, Jellystone in your Inventory. If you are not able to collect Jellystone then you need to upgrade the VacPack in Resource Harvester.
After fully upgrading it, you will gain the ability to suck out resources found in the nodes in the environment. Make sure, you have collected all the important resources and dropped them in the Refinery, or else all the resources will be lost or exhausted when you are dead.
