In Disney Dreamlight Valley, there are various different areas or biomes you need to unlock using Dreamlight. You can unlock different biomes after completing the first pillar quest. Apart from these biomes, there are various different types of realms available in this game. As of now, you will have access to four of the realm and you will receive some buffs from the characters in these realms.
After removing the big thorns and unlocking the biomes, you might find some of the objects blocking your path. Like tree stumps in the Forest of Valor, Clusters of Mushrooms in the Glade of Trust, Ice Blocks, Blue rocks in Dazzle Beach, and bones in the Sunlit Plateau. To remove these objects, you need to complete certain quests you will obtain from the Disney characters. To obtain these quests first you need to invite them into your village and increase your friendship level. Below you will find how to remove the bones in the Sunlit Plateau area.

As of now, players will not be able to remove the bones blocking half of the area in Sunlit Plateau. This is because the game is still in early access, and players need to wait for an update where they might introduce the Lion King Disney character “Scar” and you might obtain an upgrade from him to remove the bones.
For now, players can use this little trick to change the teleport well location to the other side of the Sunlit Plateau and access the other half for the resources. If you have the forgotten lands unlocked, there is another path that will lead you to the other side of the Plateau.

There is a pink light beam that lead me to the bones. It is circling around me like I’m supposed to do something
I’m not sure why I suddenly have a pink light that is repeatedly leading me to the giant mammoth skull in Summit Plateau.
If I leave, it reappears & leads me back there.
But I can’t do anything
you might be a tracking resource in the plateau.
Aside from the well-moving trick, if you have the Forgotten Lands unlocked, there is also an entrance to the other side of Sunlit Plateau from there!
Stuff like that and skull cave, mammoth cave will unlock with the new content probably.
