In this game, you won’t be able to call your car for delivery through your phone at the beginning of the game. If you are stuck at some place you need to steal a car from a civilian. Calling a car via delivery can only be unlocked after completing a certain quest.
While playing the main campaign you will come across a mission called “A Piece of Action” where you need to meet with JR (JimRob). You need to bring some of his stolen goods back from the Idols. Once you have got back his shipment your first venture will be unlocked. After that JR will tell you to steal some of the vehicles whose parts he will need.
To complete his venture quest you need to steal a total of 11 cars. But once you have completed collecting all 10 vehicles you need to talk to him in the garage. After that, you will get a notification that the car delivery has been unlocked. If you don’t get this notification you can also check your contact list on your phone for vehicle delivery.
You can obtain any vehicle in this game by simply picking them up from the open world map and bringing it back to the JR garage. Once you bring a vehicle inside the garage it will be permanently stored for you. By accessing your garage you will be able to customize all your vehicles and set a favorite vehicle that will be delivered to you when you use your phone for vehicle delivery. To use the car delivery feature you need to open your phone and go to the contact list. There you will find the Vehicle delivery contact that you need to call.
