Once you have progressed enough to leave your room and go to the sixth floor, your way will be blocked due to some severed furniture. This can be overcome by unlocking the security door on the same floor using the red-key card and the code written on a letter next to the door. Once you have entered that door, you can move to the farthest end of the hallway. There you can only find the staircases to move down straight to the fourth floor
There you can find a locker that will be opened when you set the code as 184 871. The locker will contain a box. The WC key will be inside that box. Grab and head to the WC. As you do, you will notice someone has put pink bunnies at the key points. Well! that was creepy. After getting the WC key, you can now fix the elevator.
