When you approach the stairs from the right corridor, the top of the stairwell has a scribble saying “7=G”. After that, when you find the note, it contains a 6 letters code divided into 2 sets of 3 letters each. The note also says “8=H”. These things imply that the letters in the code need to be replaced with digits which are the positions of the letters in the English alphabet. You can now figure out the code in the note and solve the puzzle.

The box has 2 combination locks i.e., the left-hand lock and the right-hand lock. The code for these locks remains the same irrespective of how many times you have downloaded the game. The left-hand lock will be solved when you rotate it to the combination “184” and the right-hand lock will be solved with the combination “871”. The box will contain a flashlight, some bullets, and the 5th-floor bathroom key.
