To unlock the Age of Fracture ending, do the following things:
Beat and kill the final boss.
Connect with the Elden Ring and select the Mend the Elden Ring.

Age of Order ending.

Age of Order is the ending that will get you the Elden lord achievement. While completing this ending, you will get messed up because Melanon will do her event at the mountaintops of the giants before you progress this storyline ending along enough.

Age of Duskborn ending.

Age of Duskborn is the darkest and quite interesting ending of Elden Rings. Age of Duskborn ending is interesting from a historian lore perspective. In this ending, you will work with Deathbed Companion Fia to make life and death more connected.

To make life and death more connected by experimenting on the demigod Godwyn’s corpse. In the game, the Deathbed Companion Fia is a woman who is strongly linked with death. But it’s unclear if this means we’ll witness death as it usually is or whether it’ll be something darker in nature.

To unlock the Age of Duskborn ending, do the following things:

Finish Deathbed Companion Fia’s quest.
Get the Death-Mending Prince’s Rune.

Lord of the Frenzied Flame ending.

The Lord of the Frenzied Flame ending is the hardest ending to accomplish in the Elden Rings. Once you start the Lord of the Frenzied Flame quest, it will get difficult for you back out.
