To get the gravity suit you need to use the green teleportal and travel to the Burenia. From there make your way towards the gravity suit marked in the image above. To get the gravity suit you need to go to the bottom of the big middle room and use the left side top door to get the suit.
With the gravity suit, you will be able to withstand cold temperatures and lava. You will also be able to move freely in water and perform the space jump to go straight up. After getting the gravity suit you need to visit the marked area in the image above and break the blocks on the right sidewall. The first two times you need to break the wall using the plasma beam. For the third time, you need to use the charged plasma beam to break the rocks completely. After that use your grapple beam to drop the huge machine at the bottom of the water and use the gravity suit with space jump to progress further in the game.
