Far Cry 6- All Leaders Location And Unlock Requirement To Recruit

In Far Cry 6, Los Bandidos Operation requires recruits and a Leader to operate the missions. Especially a Leader and their Skills can simply turn the tide and increase the success chance as per the mission requirement. There is a total of 8 Leaders that can be unlocked and their exclusive skills successfully help in completing the mission at ease and earn rewards per choice. In this guide, we have explained what you need to do in order to unlock all the Leaders.

All Leaders Location That Can Be Recruited In Far Cry 6

There is a total of 8 Leaders as mentioned already and among these, only one of them would be unlocked from the beginning i.e. Benito. They specialize in particular skills which we have notified along with the profile.

Benito (The Pirate)

Unlock Requirement: None

Skills:

1. Surveyor- +50% to Construction success chance.
2. Constructor- -50% to Metal requirements.

Big Papi (The Smuggler)

Unlock Requirement: Complete Yaran Story i.e. “Big Papi In Little Yara”.

Location: Barrial, Muerte Point.

Skills:

1. Reckless- +50% to Assault success chance.
2. Speed Demon- Bandido Operation time reduced by 25%.

Freddy Fonseca Jr. (The Phenom)

Unlock Requirement: Complete Yaran Story i.e. “Stealing Home”.

Location: Cruz Del Salvador, Segunda.

Skills:

1. Sniper- +50% to Sniper success chance.
2. Long Shot- Choosing a Sniper action gives 10% success chance until end of the Operation.

Alfredo Maximo (The Bouncer)

Unlock Requirement: Complete main mission i.e. “Lion’s Roar”.

Skills:

1. Smooth Talker- +50% to Bribery success chance
2. Thrifty- -50% to Pesos requirements

Sergio (The Chameleon)

Unlock Requirement: Complete Yaran Story i.e. “Tricks of the Trade”.

Location: La Joya, Catalina Ridge.

Skills:

1. Ghillie Suit- +50% to Stealth success chance
2. Super Sneak- Choosing a Stealth action gives additional intel about leader abilities for other available Bandido Operations

Isabela (The Defector)

Unlock Requirement: Complete Yaran Story i.e. “Wing And A Prayer”.

Location: Noventarmas, Bandido Escarpment.

Skills:

1. Surprise!- +50% to Ambush success chance
2. Adaptive- +10% success chance to one choice in each step

Marisol (The Medic)

Unlock Requirement: Complete Yaran Story i.e. “Wing And A Prayer”.

Location: Noventarmas, Bandido Escarpment.

Skills:

1. Inquirer- +50% to interrogate success chance
2. Field Medic- -50% to Medicine requirements

Zenia (The Artist)

Unlock Requirement: Complete Yaran Story i.e. “Stealing Thunder and Heavy Metal” and later “Paint The Town”.

Location: Costa Del Mar, Colinas Plains (Stealing Thunder);  Lozania, Monjas Valley (Heavy Metal); Esperanza, West Lado (Paint The Town)

Skills:

1. Sabotage- +50% to Sabotage success chance
2. Resourceful- -50% to Gasolina requirements
