Naraka Bladepoint is an online multiplayer battle royal game developed by 24 Entertainment. Blocking and parrying are some of the key features in any battle that includes swords or melee weapons. The one who will be able to block and parry better will win the battle. Below you will find how to block and parry in this game to have an advantage over your opponent.
Naraka Bladepoint How To Block
If you are looking at how to block in this game, unfortunately, there is no specific block button. There are two types of attack in this game, that is vertical slash and horizontal slash, that can be done by pressing the left and right mouse button.
If your enemy is trying to hit you with vertical attacks, and you are doing the same. Then both of your attacks will be blocked and both of you are staggered. Hitting the enemy with the same type of attacks that they hitting will result in a clash where no one will deal or take damage. This is the only to block attacks in this game, but you can also use Tianhai Divine Bell’s ability to block incoming attacks and projectiles.
Naraka Bladepoint How To Parry
Parrying your opponent’s attacks will disarm their weapon and you will have an advantage over them for a few seconds. To parry in this game, you need to press both types of attack together (left mouse button + right mouse button) just before you are about to get hit by the opponent attack.
But always pressing both the button while in a battle might be difficult. You can set the quick counter button so that you can parry just by clicking a single key. To set the quick counter button you need to visit the keymapping option in setting and set the custom shortcuts.
Note: There is only one character whose ability works like a quick counter that is Tianhai, Divine Bell. This ability will block all the incoming projectiles and attacks and if any opponent is hitting with the blue focus they will be disarmed.
