Car Mechanic Simulator 2021- Third Car Vallsen 2040 Guide
At Car Mechanic Simulator 2021, the third-order or the third car that needs repair will be the Standard Vallsen 2040 (1993). The repair or the task required is straightforward as there would be no parts that have not yet been discovered. Although the work may take time as the list of issues is quite long, it is bread and butter as long as you know where the parts are located. Therefore starting from the Engine section as major fixes are required here, you will find many parts that would be attached which we need to dismount. Make sure that you have drained all the fluid unless you need to be penalized. Starting from the outer part we would focus on Main Engine and other parts that are connected together:
- Radiator C
- Alternator
- Water Pump (14)
- Fuel Filter (behind Battery)
On the left side of the Alternator (14), you will find
- Serpentine Belt A, Serpentine Belt (14 SOHC), and Idle Roller A
Now open the Timing Cover (14 SOHC) which was connected with Serpentine Belt A, Serpentine Belt (14 SOHC), and Idle Roller A.
- Dismount Belt Tensioner
- Timing Belt (14 SOHC)
- Cam Gear (14 SOHC)
At Fuse Box, there are other parts such as:
- Relay Type A
- Relay Type B (Middle)
Near Brake Booster, you will find Ignition Wires (14 SOHC) running out from the Engine.
Dismounting Ignition Wires (14 SOHC) will reveal the Spark Plug x4.
Lift the car to access:
- Oil Filter (Engine, behind)
- Starter (Gearbox)
- Open Gear Box to access, Clutch Release Bearing, and Clutch Plate.
- Fuel Pump (Back)
